HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders are processed during the working week (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and are shipped within 1-3 business days after they are placed and approved. Please note that orders may take 1-3 business days to be reviewed during busy times, such as the holiday period. This may delay the processing time.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
In order to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. Because of this, we are unable to make adjustments to items or guarantee that we will be able to accommodate cancellation/alteration requests.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF AREZZO?
The return or exchange must be requested within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
After receiving the return label from our customer service team, you will have 15 days to send the shoes back.
Items purchased as part of 24-hour promotions are eligible for exchange but are limited to sizes within selected styles. Additionally, the selected styles must have been included in the original promotion.
Return or exchange requests for damaged items can be made within ninety (90) days of the delivery date.
